Ugh on the dishes! I often plan week night meals with a dish avoidance lens :)  A quick tip with simple meals is plan out a 4 day midweek menu that works for you, and use it each week, or rotate it every other week. You can shake it up a bit on the weekends.</description>

		<description>Great Advice!  I could really use some help in the kitchen area, since you have just described me perfectly.  I especially do not like to make gourmet meals because of all the dishes that I&#039;ll have to clean up.  I&#039;m looking forward to learning more from you!
