One thing that helps me feel focused, energized and in a good mood is to plan my meals ahead of time…..I just make sure I have fresh, healthy food and nutrition rich snacks on hand and a general plan for what I’ll do with the food. I also make sure I have “in the freezer” options for “emergencies” when I’m really tired and can’t be bothered too cook.
