Group Coaching with Cydney

Group coaching programs are focused, intense and designed to get results. Topics may include: Nutrition, cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, eating on the road, picky eaters, healthy snacks, weight loss, caffeine, sugar, getting to know veggies, grains and more. Includes coaching to look at lifestyle choices and blocks. Each program is clearly outlined, loaded with information and resources. Each session is recorded and transcribed! So even if you miss a session, you won’t be missing any information.
