We have a gluten-free house. (Here’s a tip: many, many gluten free products on the market are not healthy choices. Gluten free doesn’t always mean healthy). Here’s how it works:
I’ll send you a questionnaire and health history form prior to your session. I’ll review it before our call. We will begin ready to dive in and create strategies to upgrade and reboot your health. I’ll listen, uncover, and help you to get clear on your next steps. This is an action-based call. You will leave with options and strategies to boost your health. After the session I will email you some notes from the call and an action guide you can use to begin implementing the steps we outlined. You won’t be set adrift after the call with a lot of information and overwhelm. You will have two email ‘appointments’ to ask questions, get advice, and to check-in. These email appointments will help you to actual take action and upgrade your health.
We’ll start from where you are. Don’t wait for the perfect time to begin. It’s now.
